But for those looking for some more context, Lupin the Third is a multi-media franchise that was created in 1967 by the mangaka Monkey Punch. The iconic cast of 5 have appeared in practically every medium you can imagine.
They've served as a cultural touchstone for so many creatives all across the world with the franchise's long history. If you've got a creative you're inspired by, there's a good chance Lupin's played a part in their artistic journey!
This zine aims to capture and celebrate that versatility, highlighting the fact that everybody's interpretation of the Lupin crew is unique to them, be it inspired by other interpretations from within the franchise or their own take.
