ARTIST STATEMENT

"I've always loved how the dynamics of the Lupin characters can always be changing while still having a strong foundation in who they are to each other. They're messy and complicated but it's undeniable that these people are tied together for life. I wanted to represent Lupin as a spider, not because he's consuming the others, but because I think being Lupin's friend is like being stuck in a web you can't escape from. Who's to say they even want to?"
